Practical information

Payment

50% of the entire rental fee must be paid when making a reservation. The other 50% must be paid latest 30 days before arrival. The Reservation is not valid until payment has been made in full.

Rental

All apartments are rented after agreement, however, for a minimum of 3 days.
Arrival from 16.00 Hrs. Departure before 10.00 Hrs.

The apartment should be left in the following state:

  • Tidy
  • Furniture where they were on arrival
  • Empty refrigerator
  • All garbage taken out

Any damage on the property should be reported to the office or to Eric.
If the apartment is not left in the above mentioned conditions, we will charge for extra cleaning.

Please notice: The apartments are to be used for habitation only. Receptions, parties, et cetera are not allowed. If a customer has a specific need for inviting people, then ask us and we will do our best to find a solution.
Quiet hours from 10 p.m.-7:30 a.m.

Keys

The keys to apartment will be given to you on arrival in Cannes.

Towels and linen

There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Towels and linen are not included in the price. If the guest wants it, we can make beds and deliver towels. The price is 30 Eur per person.
Otherwise it is advised to bring: Sheets, duvet and pillow covers, towels and tea towels.

Cleaning

Streckers Apartments makes the departure cleaning, and the price is 60 Eur for apartments with 1 bedroom and 90 Eur for apartments with 3 bedrooms. This price is not included in the rental price.
(For festivals the price for final cleaning is 80 Eur for apartments with 1 bedroom and 160 Eur for apartments with 3 bedrooms).

Refuse

12, Rue Hoche: Container can be found in the street in front of gallery Lafayette.
26, Rue Hoche: Container in the hall of the building.
99, Rue d’Antibes: Container in the building (below street level).

Internet & telephone

There are wireless internet in all apartments, but no telephones. It is therefore recommended to bring a mobile phone, reception is good in Cannes.

Cannes city

Cannes is famous for its yearly film festival in May, fantastic sandy beaches, great food and wine. The town started as a small fishing village but has since developed into a pulsating big city where nearly half of Cannes 70.000 inhabitants work in the tourist industry. The place has become a magnet for the rich and famous but has plenty to offer the person on an ordinary budget. For more information see www.cannes.com

Activities

Nature offers anything you desire from beautiful green landscapes to rugged mountains and impressive rocks which gives the possibility for a wide range of interesting activities such as: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, windsurfing, diving, rafting, sailing and much, much more.

Skiing

Only 60 km north east of Monatauroux is the winter sports region Greolieres-les-Neiges (1800m) and approx. 1 1/2 hours away are the regions of Auron and Isola (1800-2600m). In the Italian mountains 1 hour from Monaco is Limone which is a wonderful oasis for ski fans (drive via Ventimiglia).
